Welcome to HOBY Missouri!

The HOBY Missouri State Leadership Seminar is designed to help high school sophomores to recognize their leadership talents and apply them to become effective, ethical leaders in their home, school, workplace and community.

The seminar curriculum develops leadership from three perspectives: Personal Leadership, Group Leadership, and Leadership for Society.

Selected students attend our three day seminar where they participate in hands-on leadership activities, meet leaders in their state, and explore their own personal leadership skills - all while learning how to lead others and make a positive impact in their community.

What is HOBY?

For over five decades, Hugh O’Brian Youth Leadership (HOBY) has inspired young people to make a difference and become catalysts for positive change in their home, school, workplace, and community.
